Organizational Inspire (OI)


Description
Inspire is a 6-week capacity building program for Alberta-based change makers, social Innovators, and non-profit organizations. It enables individuals and teams to come together to improve project outcomes and develop sustainable innovation practices.

Accelerate your team’s ability to solve organizational problems by completing Inspire as a team. This Includes:

- 6-weeks, or 12-18 hours of self-directed online content for 3-6 members of your team
- 5 hours of virtual coaching support from an innovation expert
- Access to tools and resources that enable you and your team to think and do differently
